"Very disappointed. I had to open a claim about a month ago and not only wasn't contacted the first 48h as they stated, they also ignored my messages and didn't do anything about my claim. The other driver's insurance took care of the issue waaaay better than mine, they contacted me in 5 minutes after reporting the issue so I'm done with State Farm and will take my business to Allstate. Years of being a responsible customer for nothing."
